went here for shoulder issues seen Dr Carter. was told nothing is wrong even though i had mri films and report saying i had 2 tears
dr carter said its mild authritis . got 2 other ortho docs on civiliam side both said i needed surgery to repair this it will only get worse. dr carter is harbage and the va dont care about you. confirmed what everybody says. dont waste your time. i will come up with the cost to see real doctors.
