The customer service was absolutely terrible when I came to pick up the truck I purchased. The guy was dismissive and too busy to answer any of the questions I had. They didn't even fill up the tank after I had asked him about it and the first thing I had to do after driving it off the lot was take it to a gas station!!! Was expecting much better treatment considering the good money I had spent at your dealership. Especially disappointing because the sales rep the day before had been very responsive and helpful. I will not be recommending Prestman Auto to anyone.
