Upon my disastrous experience when i was served chicken with swiss chalet sauce instead of garlic sauce. I haven never eating chicken without garlic sauce. I express my concerns to the waitress , chef and manager. the waitress was ignorant and had not eaten garlic sauce. I told waitress that i am writing a formal letter to the board of directors of swiss chalet.
