Best car buying experience. Never once did we feel pressured by typical salesmen BS. Dan was very patient with us. We came to consider buying a vehicle last year and the timing wasnt right, yet dan never haggled us. Just a quarterly text message to check up on us and let us know of any deals.

Fast forward a year later and we knew we wanted Dan to sell us a vehicle. The whole process felt in our court, never any sleezy sales tactics, felt like i was buying a car from from an uncle. He never wasted our time, he gave us plently of space to leave and look at other modles and makes, never bashing, basically letting the car sell itself. That alone made me feel so comfortable in our decision to buy a VW.

All the staff at southside vw were super friendly and made us feel comfortable through the whole process, from reception to the used car manager to the new car department, and finance. Everone giving us the information we needed to buy the SUV for our families needs. Never felt once like we should be suspicious of the deal, or have buyer's remorse.
