I escalated the matter further with Mercedes benz ...

I escalated the matter further with Mercedes benz SA. They have not resolved the matter in 3 weeks, they keep on escalating it. None of my complaints have been addressed and this is absolutely pathetic. I would not recommend Mercedes Benz to anyone. Do not buy this brand - it s pathetic.
