I have had a positive experience working with them...

I have had a positive experience working with them. Through Book-A-Flat, I found a nice apartment in a very good location that was up to my standard. They helped me find the right home insurance policy which made things very easy. There were some back and forth and certain issues, but Book-A-Flat was willing to find a good solution and worked towards a strong compromise to ensure that I/their customers are happy. Even to their extent of not caring about their monetary gain. A very pleasant surprise.
