Room- basic, and tidy. Small wall heater which took some time to warm the room up. Concerns about security and safety as the back sliding door was found unlocked several times when the cleaners came in. Found that the lock mechanism was faulty.
Bed- comfortable, had electric blanket.
Parking- limited, could never get a car space near my room
Location- recommend having a car. The shuttle doesn't run that often (at times you have to wait 2 hours till the next one).
Staff- friendly, helpful, polite
Amenities- sauna and spa great but staff need to ensure area is kept clean more often.
