I had scheduled the yearly maintenance for my heat pump the technician Ken Raymond, show up a half hour early which was great ( he called in advance) he did a very neat job and he took the time to explain what he did and also explain what to expect in the future visit. A very polite young man , it was pleasure to welcome him in my house, Quality Degree also train their technicians to be respectful of your home he put on booties every time he entered the house , thanks for the your excellent service.JC
