First and foremost, I don't typically write online reviews unless my experience was absolutely STELLAR. William Than from the sales department truly went above and beyond our expectations, and made the stressful time of buying a car, easy. I was so impressed with the whole staff at Lexus, and how William truly made us feel as though we were part of the Lexus family. I could not recommend him, or this dealership more. They shuffled around cars time and time again as my wife HAD to actually SEE them in the right color, until she finally settled on one. We even had a bit of snag after signing the paperwork, and decided we (she) wanted a different one. They simply shredded the original paperwork, shipped the car back to the other dealer, and we started over. William went above and beyond and I can't say enough about him. As far as the Credit department goes, we worked with Vitor Duarte. He was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he also did everything, and I mean EVERYTHING in his power to make sure we were happy with our car. I was a bit neurotic when it came to nicks and scratches on the vehicle (as it was a pre owned/certified car) which is to be expected. They assured me that every scratch would be out, and even worked with us to get the best possible deal on future protection for the vehicle. Truly a 5 star dealership with a 5 star team. Thank you William, Vitor, and the team at Herb Chambers Lexus!
