I recently purchased metal supplies from an online store and overall, it was an okay experience. The products arrived as expected, but the website was a bit confusing to navigate. I had some issues with finding the right products and had to spend some extra time searching. The customer support was decent but could have been more responsive. It was an average experience, nothing exceptional.
