This practice is very specialized in a team which is good and bad. The support from the office team was excellent as well as the internet advertising etc

The one star comes from the assigned realtor Ed Petras working my home. After reviewing the events that took place..he was not working in my interest, but only his own. He caused me a lot of headache, disrespect, abuse of the relocation situation, dishonesty, negligence and mainly a sale way below the target and comparable sales.

1. Realtor did not listen to me.
2. Listed the house prematurely without my approval and did not act on my request to have a couple of more opinion by his office peers before listing... he listed once I moved out of town.
3. Took advantage of the relocation situation...even disclosed to the buyer's realtor of the relocation situation.
4. Ended costing me negatively a lot of money along with too much unwarranted stress...it was like...why am I paying you type thoughts.
5. The relocation company had specific requirements on selecting a realtor...it turned out to pick the better of the bad list.
6. Realtor spent more time pressuring and antagonizing me to accept a low ball offer. ($30K below list) In his market analysis, he said homes are selling at 97% of list...then all of the sudden with the low ball offer...he claims its 94% and the market analysis was only his opinion.
7...then he pressured me to accept a five page repair list....he acted like he was the one buying the house. He stated things like "what's the big deal...it's only $40s here and $40s there"... the total repair list estimate was over $4000 dollars. Then he stated...isn't your relocation plan covering the realtor commission? He actually was acting like he was the one buying the house. Bothered the crap out of me about the fireplace.
8. The contractor he states is 5 stars and always uses kept over estimated all charges on every item...eg $40 to reattached a lose dryer vent in the crawl space. He wanted to have the contactor replace the disposal with a new one when it just needed something cleaned out that was bouncing around inside. On and on...retarded stuff.
8. I asked the realtor to program the thermostat for 60 during the day and 68 at night as the temperasure was 20s outside...the idiot put it on 70 continous...then a few of buyers complained why the hvac was so loud...because it was over working itself...my electric bill was crazy high too.
9. The realtor was negligent and missed the repair response deadline and never apologized for it. But luckily the buyers agreed to extend it despite passing the deadline.
