Hit and miss

Hit and miss
Pros: beautiful pool and great service at the pool, waitstaff at bar and restaurant.
Cons:area, bedding and we find out at check out that there were extra charges for pool towels (you would think that a 4star charging what they charge would include these)
In the middle: breakfast, just ok.
The bed was bumpy and mattress was on the basic/hard side. When we reported, we were kindly offered to see other rooms but understanding that this was the norm.
