Natasha Chiles Review of Jim Butler Chevrolet
If you don t want to be called a liar and told you...
If you don t want to be called a liar and told you should have done your own homework before coming in and buying a vehicle then I wouldn t go here. Because that is exactly what I was told. I bluntly told my sales consultant that I wanted to
haul a camping trailer to Florida a couple times a year ( the sales consultant said this truck has at-least a 6,000 towing capacity). In which we were TRUSTING our sales consultant to give us the correct information on the vehicle we were purchasing. When I called up there to talk with the manager I was basically told I was lying about the whole situation, and that I should have done my homework and not trust the sales consultant to give me the correct information. Um? Isn t that their job, to give me the correct information? I thought we could TRUST them. They only want to make the sale and they do not care about the people involved. I have never had a bad experience with anyone I have ever purchased any vehicles from. I wouldn t want someone else to experience this. Even after I had talked with the manager they still could not tell me what the towing capacity is on my truck. I can honestly say I will NEVER go there EVER again. My recommendation is less than a 1. Thanks again Jim Butler for not training your sales team correctly. Apparently, the managers needs to be trained as well Bc I still had to go elsewhere to find out what my truck can tow. Because the place I bought it could not give me the correct information. Needless to say, I have called another company to find out the truck will only tow 4,210. My camping trailer is 5,300 pounds. If you are buying a truck I would NOT recommend them. i have never experienced customer service so bad until tonight (and that s because we have already bought the truck). Apparently, they don t value their customers enough because they would properly train their employees to know what they are talking about.
