This company is dishonest and full of thieves. I have never seen a real estate company so badly managed. They charge you for their incompetence and lack of management and then claim it is normal business procedures.

Do yourself a favor and

STAY AWAY FROM ALL RELIANT PROPERTIES AT ALL COSTS - BUYER BEWARE!

If you look at the reviews you will see that other than 2 renters, everyone thinks this company pond scum. If you rent from them you will be sorry.

Find rental properties from 360 Real Estate or Property Managements or anybody else but Reliant. They are criminals.
