Believe the star rating! They are absolutely wonderful people.
The staff is super polite and very knowledgeable about bikes.
They fit my bike in even though they were backed up 2 weeks. It was done THAT night and I picked it up the next day.

I brought in a Walmart bike and they were not snobby or rude about it.
The price to fix actually surprised me. (in a good way) To fix my shifter/chain mechanism (it wasn't going into gear properly) and to tighten my handle bars was $26! (They charge by the gear I believe they said so your price could vary)
They checked my bike over to make sure there wasn't any other problems. Now my bike rides super smooth without any clunks!
I can't thank them enough!
