Customer service not up to par. Came back to the r...

Customer service not up to par. Came back to the room after midnight to find the heater not working. Called the front desk for help and was told to wait for an engineer with no approximate time given. Called back after 20 mins of waiting only to be told to wait at least 45 mins before calling back. When asked for another room, was told the engineer has to take a look at the heater before being able to assign me to another room. It's now 1:30am still waiting for the engineer to show up... Definitely did not expect this from a 4-star hotel.
