Customer service here is awful. I've had multiple bad experiences with this company. The call center representatives are rude and clearly don't care to help you. They have tried to overcharge me too many times and some due to their own employee's mistakes. I have stopped using the tolls, even if it tacks on more time to my commute, just to avoid paying them any more money. THEY'RE TERRIBLE!
