Quite expensive, but acceptable in an emergency. We have been euthanizing our cat today, which was sick for a long time, and not very beautiful to see. The staff were kind and professional in our presence. While waiting for our cat to be "prepared", we heard in the adjoining room "we look like a monkey", in a mocking tone. Yep. We didn't need that given the circumstances. Big disrespect, next time have at least the delicacy to wait until we leave to make fun of our sick cat at the end of life.
