Best Hotel in Alabang area in terms of accessibility. Whether it's to Alabang Town Center or Festival Mall, it's right between them. All you need to is walk not more than 10 minutes. The prices reflects as such. The room though big are a bit run down. This is especially in the bathroom where the fittings are sub quality and the toiletries are not the best quality. Having said that the people there are very polite and helpful.
