On Feb. 14th and 15th the Mexican Consulate reps. that assisted us were extremely helpful especially Mrs. Rosalba Torres they all have shown professionalism , respect and integrity, their appearance showed nothing but perfection ( no tattoos, gross piercing, or bad attitude) we expected a typical government office full of chaos as in long lines, kids running wild, and upset and rude clients I was wrong! these consulate representatives are of the best to represent Mexico, I am extremely pleased.
