Been to many BMW dealerships and havent always had a good experience but this was exceptional. I had no hassle in my requests and was taken care of in a timely manner. My service representative was Carlos Martell and he was very knowledgeable and straight forward. I will be returning to see him from now on.

By the way, its a very clean and friendly dealership.
