It doesn't make me feel good !!! I had a claim open via online.nl. Now it has been withdrawn, which is very nice. Cib has neatly transferred 1 installment back. But another term is still not. Now I have also seen that I made a mistake with the attribute. I had to send proof of payment, I did. And then I receive an email that the file is closed! Of course I emailed back that I am still entitled to 1 paid installment and another blurry answer. Why is my proof not looked at and your account !? I would like my money back !!
