AWESOME Job!!!! There was no 3 to 7 day wait on my service they were there the next morning. They gave me a window of 10am to 2pm and they were at my property at 10:20am. Joe was very informative and knowledgeable about what i needed the done. He didn't try to sell me services that I didn't need like most companies. I wasn't even at the location I left my little brother there to take care of things and Joe took care of things perfectly. RooterPlus sent a pic of Joe and a bio before he arrived so we would know who to expect. They also sent several detailed emails before and after the service...great communication!!!! Shawn and J the office reps were awesome also I had a question about my final bill and they took the time to explain in detail the issue. I will use RooterPlus on my next house also.....Great Job RooterPlus!!!!
