Sent from box to wall. They are not yet open at 08.30. 08.31 still not and 3 seconds later you will, but then you are immediately in the queue. After 10min it is recorded and said that it is very busy. Maybe just sitting by that phone at 08:30? Then be forwarded to a service point where there is no answer at all. Then called again and made another choice in the menu. And all because my phone number is in their system and I don't even live there, but I do get calls from companies to make appointments.
