Above and beyond service and professionalism. I would have given more than five stars if possible. My first interaction with Floortex was for a water leak. They responded very quickly not only with an estimate but it pulling up the damaged carpet and a fan and dehumidifier. The new carpet was installed quickly and very professionally. It was such a good experience that we had them install carpet in our Master Bedroom which was another 5 star experience. They don t only do carpets and the team did a great job the THIRD time we used them to put in a subway tile backsplash in our kitchen. We will be using them again for ANY and ALL of our future flooring and tile needs!
