I've been an Omaha Public Power District customer for over 10 years and I must say they have consistently provided excellent service. The power outages are almost non-existent and when they occur, they are promptly fixed. The customer service is always friendly, professional, and helpful. They truly care about their customers. I highly recommend OPPD to everyone in the region.
