Check in wasnt a pleasant experience. Had to return to Recp 3 times, ring them 3 times and after an hour from my check in time, finally got my room. First the key wouldnt work in my room, then sent up to try again and walked in on another person in the room. Told they had given me the wrong room number. Then given the correct room number, and room was awful, had to be the worst room in the hotel. Rang recp 4 times, was put straight on to "music" twice. Eventually got the manager who upgraded me for all the incovenience. This room was really nice, but had no dressing gown (which all my friends no upgraded rooms had) and had two Empty boxes of Shower caps in the bathroom. So not the greatest experience had.
