I bought my 2011 Prius from Mark Miller Toyota - did all my warranty service with them - and have had them make the sole repair the car has required since. They have reviewed and made all recall updates required, as well (mostly airbags and once a tiny piece of the electronics).

I still pick them for my 10K recommended services - as their customer service is excellent and ... I like a free car wash!
