My experience with Logan was agonizingly long and unhelpful. I asked Logan to let me talk to another representative for I could not seem to communicate with him. He said he could only pass me to his superior. I tried again talking to him and he did not answer my question again. I hung up for I was completely ready to waste any more of my time with Logan.
