Clearly this branch missed customer service and quality training!!! Short version: 1.i go to test drive a cash car ($6k) the car is trashed; literally! Trash and crumbs on the floor! Moved a seat and there was a feminine pad underneath it ( not used luckily)! Why would any respectable dealership think it would be ok to show a trashed car?! Clean it!! 2. I test drive the car and it clearly needs significant work. Old car (2005) of course it will have problems but should not be a total fixer upper! I asked if I could take it to get inspected by a chevy dealership the manager responded with " what do you expect it's a cash car. Do you want a new car?" A**HOLE! What I or anyone would expect is a decent car that is not going to cost double it's value in surprise car work!! SMH!!
