Location is good, as it is next to Shinjuku statio...

Location is good, as it is next to Shinjuku station. They have a happy hour for 500 yen for cocktails from 5 -7. Unfortunately there is no included breakfast. Hallways we're not very impressive but rooms were nice. Let's say that the lobby set higher standards for the rest of the building, only to disappoint slightly. Overall decent hotel though.
