I just called for pricing and the girl I spoke with sounded completely unprofessional and incompetent. After asking for my address 3 times, she still couldn t tell me if my area was covered. I see their trucks all over my neighborhood! I finally had to hang up after waiting for an answer for over 15 minutes, only to find out it s even more expensive than my current service. No thanks! Where do you find these people?
