Large, fancy department store with a good selection of brands and a good choice of products for each. Most items are upscale/pricey, but you can find some good deals too. There's a nice design shop on the underground floor, and make sure you don't miss the food hall on the top floor: small and extremely pricey, but you can find some pretty unique items. The bar and restaurant on top also have gorgeous views of the Duomo.
