ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN TRAVEL! They double charged me for the room and then I have had to call them over 30 times for the refund. It has been a month and I am still waiting on the refund from the mistake they made in double charging me. Every time I spoke with them they insisted it must be an error on my end and I should keep waiting and a refund. It wasnt until I threatened to charhe it back as fraud that they said they would refund. I am still waiting.....
