They are NO SHAME, more than 1 week trying to return some tickets to a show in Madrid, after a pandemic and the state of alert they tell me that they do not return the money for those tickets when I PAYED additional insurance I will NEVER buy again tickets with them and much less recommend them to people ... They are obliged to return the money in the same medium that was paid to me I am not worth a gift voucher when I already took my 2020 vacation for that trip ... NO COMMENTS .
