Purchased a 3 service prepaid maintenance for my C300 on 5/28/2019 for a total of $1,365 from a Antonio Cornacchia. Today, I arrived to get my car serviced at the benz dealership in Lyncbhurg, VA only to find out that Mr. Cornacchia and his department never entered in my services into their national database, despite nearly a month passing since I purchased it.
Its now 11am, I have been here for over 3 hours just waiting and trying to get ANYONE in the finance department at the Mercedes-Benz of Arlington to help. The representatives in the service department tried to help but they told me they could not do anything but wait until someone comes in.

I have tried calling the national mercedes-benz number for support and they were also unable to reach anyone.
