I have worked with Sanger & Eby for about 3 years, which was when we initially kicked off our new process for hiring store managers and assistant store managers - we needed graphic designers and content writers. Since then, our partnership has grown and we frequently ask the Sanger & Eby team for help on various projects. We can always count on them for a variety of things, but the highlight of why we turn to them is we trust them, we trust their work, and we trust their content creation that has our company in the best interest. For me, the Sanger & Eby team feels like an extension of our team, in the sense that they understand us and our needs, plus we can be open and honest with each other. Over the years they have built the foundation of our employment branding strategy, developed our careers page, created multiple trainings for us that never existed, and a host of other projects. I can't say enough great things about the team - they are all truly amazing to work with.
