Good company to work for, great place to live.

I am a resident as well as an employee at one of their properties, and this is my 2nd property for both in the company. One thing I've learned is that they actually care. Monarch is tirelessly working to improve their properties, which means constant upgrades to homes and amenities.

Maintenance is fully trained & every property has emergency maintenance, so you are never left hanging. Covid was an especially weird time for the maintenance department, but they handled it well! Communication with residents was great and work orders were maintained.

The same is true on the employee end. There is a ridiculous amount of training, and for the most part you'll find positive leaders that want to help you advance. With that being said, there's always room for growth. If you're in the multi-housing industry, Monarch will help you get where you want to go, and they'll help you have fun while you do it.
I'm so grateful my first boss took a chance on me. Even when days aren't perfect, this is the best company I've worked for.
