This place is spot to visit pay homage to one of the few celebrity chefs who has mastered the combination of food and hip pop.

I had the Birdhaus bao with the taro fries. The Birdhaus bao is a good chicken bao with all elements done well. The chicken is flavourful, tender, and juicy, with a good breading. The peanuts and aioli are great complements to the bao as a whole. The taro fries are interesting. It's one of those things to have once but unlikely again. They were kind of stiff and didn't have a lot of taro flavour to them. The haus sauce a good spicy but nothing extraordinary.
