Check in was at 3 p.m. At 4 our room wasn't ready....

Check in was at 3 p.m. At 4 our room wasn't ready. I'm disabled. O asked if there was another room ready because I was hurting. Went from suppose to have a king settled for a double. 25 people in line to check in and 1 receptionist. Two came off break but they were new. They didn't know reservations so all they could do was Check inside. Management really is not good
