Terrible customer service over the phone. Today 1/23/19 I called and the girl who answered didn t even know how to answer my question as to WHY I recieved a mailer from the dealership considering I haven t even lived in town for years, and why they sent me a card saying I won a car (obvi not true) well she sent me to someone s voicemail probably knowingly sent it to me, then I called again and a man answered and he was so rude, he told me to just throw the mailer away and almost proceeded to hang up on me, Didn t even sound exciting, I was calling to maybe gain more info and possible be a future customer but because both times I called to inquire about the mailer, it was terrible. if you are going to send mailers out, make sure the sales team is all on board so I don t have to play phone tag and get talked to like I m idiot. I would love it if you guys wouldn t send me this stuff. Thank you. As I do the same stuff at the dealership I work for as well, we get people in all the time just to run there credit so please stop. Take my address out of your CRM !
