Very poor warranty follow-up, the product is reported the same day that June 27th arrived and to date we continue to await the guarantee, worse still 12 days without receiving emails, it is a 0 km product and it is not fair that they do not provide the warranty service , as simple as a piece-by-piece change, if there is no solution this week, I am forced to proceed legally.
