Brought two items in to get an estimate on the pie...

Brought two items in to get an estimate on the pieces for repair. LG called to give me the estimate and I stated I wanted to think about it since the price was so high. I then receive a call that work was completed! I asked why it was done without my consent and was told the repair was done and it was a mistake by their jewelers. I spoke with the manager and he reduced the price of the repair. Still higher than I expected. Came in to pick it up and discover only half the repair was done. The price I was quoted was not even for a complete repair! The assistant manager placed a jump ring on it herself since the jeweler was "at lunch" and could not fix it properly. Very bad experience! Do not reccommend!!!!!!
