Reception nonexistent (no communication on site until 30 minutes after the meeting time). Not even a hello from the guides. During takeoff we had a bad crash in the woods because of a gust of wind. Well, it can pass, but not a word from the guide afterwards. 8 minute flight in a straight line to Doussard (we had reserved for a 15-20 minute flight). No reduction, no compensation after this too short flight or crash (torn clothes, ...). Not even a goodbye from the guide. We have never shown an ID card or signed any document - we are asked how it works on the insurance side. Not recommended, amateur supervision.
