Received vape and was not impressed. It seems to only work about 10% of the time and the battery only lasts for 2-3 sessions. I found that I would spend more time trying to get the unit to function than I would getting any vapor. Generally vapor production was minimal when it worked (totally fine), but I could consume 3-10 bowls back to back and feel no effects. I tried different products, grinding as fine as humanly possible, packing more/less, etc and support could never get the unit functioning. They offered to repair the unit at my expense and I instantly lost faith in this company. When I requested to return using my 14 day return policy they gave me a hassle and told me I'd probably be charged a 15% restocking fee on top of it. So I'm out nearly $100 if I want to return a vape that doesn't work well, or at minimum around $30-40 in shipping fees to get it back to them for "repairs" due to non-functional unit on arrival. I feel like this company is a little scammy and would never recommend them. I also found Customer Service to be extremely difficult to work with. Their phone support is non-existent and their email support only operates for 4 hours a day "because of Co-Vid." Apparently these guys can't work remotely like everyone else in the country? Please look elsewhere unless you want a poor experience like I've had.

What's even better when leaving a review on their website I found everyone was giving them 5 stars. After leaving them the review, I found that they screen all their reviews. How convenient to only hand-pick the good ones? Totally a scammy company - please look elsewhere before considering this unprofessional company. If you have issues, you will not be pleased with them.
