Excellent location, direct train from kansai airpo...

Excellent location, direct train from kansai airport to hotel mall, didn't even need to get wet despite it pouring outside.

Room is very spacious for Japan standards, and reasonably clean. Could do better with the toiletries but maybe I'm being over picky. Staff speak good English and very friendly.

Directly above Nampa Station and Nampa Walk, 5 mins away from Shinsaibashi, 5 mins away from Dotonbori, 10 mins away from den den town...what else could you ask for...

finally, try getting a room on the upper floors...the view is a killer
