My husband and I have been patients at Spectrum since 2017. The care we receive from medical and nurse staff has been good, and the staff that greets us is polite when we visit. However, good luck getting answers to your basic questions! You will get harassed with multiple messages from machines, while every question that requires a human to speak to you will be ignored. Spectrum should do something about reponsiveness to enquiries; or what is this portal for? Just triage and ignore people? If unable to keep up with demand, please advise me to discontinue care. I do not have any particular reason to suggest Spectrum to anyone at this time. I am actively seeking some other place where I can get the human care I deserve.
