STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXPECT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
This dealership doesn't deserve one star to say the least. After multiple trips coming to this dealership, we negotiate and come to an agreement to lease a car. They hand me over the car and tell me to come back after the following weekend to sign the paperwork because they were past their closing hours, WHICH is understandable. I go in to sign the paperwork, they don't even offer me the same price that we first agreed upon. THEY WILL SWITCH THEIR WORDS.They add bogus charges and these money hungry sales people / finance department will do anything to make extra money off of you. They forgot to provide me my temporary insurance the day I got the car because these people were in such a damn rush to go home and being careless. Their excuse is, "You should've asked for your temporary insurance." I shouldn't have to ask, it should be a GIVEN that my salesperson should provide this for me without me having to ask. I asked them multiple times to fax over my insurance card and they take days to get this simple task done. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I am extremely disappointed at this dealership. NEVER WILL I EVER come to this place again nor will I recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you for nothing Route 46 Chrysler Dodge Jeep SCAMMERSHIP.
