I worked with AABSyS Information on several different projects over several years. The majority of the time, the work was return quickly and my contacts in the company were friendly and helpful. Their fees were reasonable.
The quality of the work was OK, but I realized that I needed to do my own QA and error checking on the work that was returned to me. I would ususally find some errors.
The jobs that I sent them were all similar in nature, so after the initial training, they were able to work independently and complete the work without much guidance. But that all changed one day when one of their employees left the company, they no longer knew how to complete all the tasks required. So after several year of doing drafting work for me, I was requested to retrain them. When I voiced my frustrations about this I felt the manager's response was unprofessional and hostile. After this, it seemed the quality of services diminished. On the last project I sent them, the deadline was not met and I had to frantically finish the work myself.
