I have been a member of the TC for more than 20 years; a long time, one wants to say ... besides, I have experience from the function as a legal volunteer supervisor (at the same TC).
In the beginning and the first 10 years, I could only report good things about TK. At the beginning of the 20s the conditions began to change - unfortunately negative, bureaucracy became more and more: more papers, empty correspondence ... a person is displaced from the center to the periphery ... Even in the style of letters you could notice the changed wind direction. the silence of letters became more artificial, phrase-like! Of course, the health insurance funds work within the framework prescribed by the government, but - every law allows for freedom of interpretation, for special circumstances, special fates ... These freedom, in recent years, does not seem to have been used properly or has not been interpreted to the benefit of patients .. Sad but true - TK members feel abandoned, speak with bitterness: I no longer recognize my health insurance company ..
This time, I will not describe personal experiences, due to lack of space or other reasons. Nevertheless, I could prove my development of the TK described here (and as I suspect - all statutory health insurance) at any time, with concrete examples - to everyone.
